Launch of a specialized workshop to direct university projects toward serving national development

Insights from the workshop currently taking place at the Manufacturing and Scientific Consultancy Center, titled “Directing University Projects to Serve the Development Process and Invest in Applied Skills.” The event is being held in the presence of the Vice President of Tartous University for Scientific Affairs and Scientific Research, deans of the concerned faculties, heads of departments, Mr. Hani Latsh (representative of the Political Directorate), and a number of researchers and specialists.

This workshop is considered the first of its kind at the higher education level, aiming to unify visions among the various applied faculties at Tartous University to achieve integration between the university’s educational mission and national development needs.
