Objective
Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth workflows, and managing staff administrative affairs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving, logging, and tracking service requests through the approval process.
- Drafting service and consultancy contracts in coordination with the center’s management and university legal affairs.
- Scheduling device usage at the center and coordinating booking times among users.
- Tracking project schedules and preparing periodic progress and achievement reports.
- Managing the center’s electronic and physical archives (project documents, designs, reports, contracts) and ensuring easy access to them.
- Performing daily clerical and administrative tasks (correspondence, communications, meeting organization).
- Contributing to developing and streamlining administrative procedures to improve the center’s operational efficiency.
