Administrative Development Department

Objective

Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth workflows, and managing staff administrative affairs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Receiving, logging, and tracking service requests through the approval process.
  2. Drafting service and consultancy contracts in coordination with the center’s management and university legal affairs.
  3. Scheduling device usage at the center and coordinating booking times among users.
  4. Tracking project schedules and preparing periodic progress and achievement reports.
  5. Managing the center’s electronic and physical archives (project documents, designs, reports, contracts) and ensuring easy access to them.
  6. Performing daily clerical and administrative tasks (correspondence, communications, meeting organization).
  7. Contributing to developing and streamlining administrative procedures to improve the center’s operational efficiency.
