Objective

Supervising the availability of necessary materials and equipment, and organizing contracts with suppliers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Managing and executing procurement and supply operations in accordance with approved regulations and policies.
  2. Monitoring inventory and assessing periodic needs for technical and administrative materials and supplies.
  3. Ensuring suppliers and contractors comply with contract terms and agreed technical specifications.
  4. Preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with relevant legal and administrative authorities.
  5. Building a supplier database and updating it regularly
  6. Supervising the receipt of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with required specifications.
  7. Preparing periodic reports on contracts, procurement, and inventory.
  8. Applying principles of integrity and transparency throughout all stages of procurement and supply.
