Objective
Supervising the availability of necessary materials and equipment, and organizing contracts with suppliers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and executing procurement and supply operations in accordance with approved regulations and policies.
- Monitoring inventory and assessing periodic needs for technical and administrative materials and supplies.
- Ensuring suppliers and contractors comply with contract terms and agreed technical specifications.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with relevant legal and administrative authorities.
- Building a supplier database and updating it regularly
- Supervising the receipt of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with required specifications.
- Preparing periodic reports on contracts, procurement, and inventory.
- Applying principles of integrity and transparency throughout all stages of procurement and supply.
